Technical Project / Program Manager

We’re looking for a Technical Program Manager with a strong engineering background and deep experience in managing cross-functional hardware/software projects. In this role, you will lead complex programs from the planning phase through execution, driving collaboration between Engineering, Marketing, Business Units, and external partners.

• Lead early-stage technical planning (Engineering Docs, HAS, Readiness Plans) with internal and external stakeholders.
• Align product priorities with board design goals to meet schedule and efficiency targets.
• Drive system-level requirements and ensure stakeholder alignment beyond R&D.
• Manage end-to-end program deliverables - Boards, FPGA, Software, Validation Tools.
• Own and track development schedules, managing dependencies and risk mitigation.
• Ensure adherence to standardization across hardware and software deliverables.
• Define methodologies for system-level designs built on development kits.
• Collaborate with R&D teams, Contract Manufacturers, and external vendors.
• Represent the R&D org in core team meetings, sharing updates and aligning progress.

• 12 years of program/project management experience in technical environments.
• Solid engineering process knowledge across hardware and software domains.
• Strong cross-functional leadership and stakeholder management skills.
• Excellent communicator with proven ability to influence and align teams.
• PMP certification or equivalent is a plus.
• Background in embedded systems, board-level designs
