About the Position
This role is for a Director of Site Quality who will be responsible for developing, implementing, evaluating, and maintaining the site's quality systems. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in quality assurance and a passion for ensuring that our products meet the highest standards.
Responsibilities
- Leading the quality unit team at the site
- Implementing policies and procedures to ensure compliance with relevant regulations
- Collaborating closely with the PIC and site GM
- Ensuring quality system performance is measured and reported to executive management
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Science or Pharmacy degree preferred
- 8 years of experience in quality assurance with current good manufacturing practices
- Experience working with 503A, 503B outsourcing facilities, or pharmaceutical manufacturing required
