Paid hourly plus commission! Monday through Friday (occasional Saturday) schedule!
What You’ll Do:
- Operate and maintain a fully equipped mobile service vehicle, ensuring it is stocked with all necessary tools, equipment, and supplies.
- Travel to customer locations to perform oil changes, tire rotations, and other basic vehicle maintenance services efficiently.
- Communicate with customers to assess their needs, provide professional recommendations, and offer additional services when appropriate.
- Complete all services promptly while following company standards, procedures, and quality guidelines.
- Maintain accurate records of completed services, including invoices, customer details, and work performed.
- Deliver exceptional customer service and uphold a high level of professionalism at all times.
- Follow all safety protocols and industry regulations to ensure a secure working environment for both customers and technicians.
- Conduct multi-point inspections (MPI) for every customer, discuss findings, upsell necessary services, and provide pricing for parts while assisting with appointment scheduling for follow-up repairs.
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience in automotive maintenance and repair.
- Strong technical skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and provide excellent customer service.
- A valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
