GENERAL STATEMENT OF THE FUNCTION

Associate Systems Analyst is responsible for the configuration, support, and maintenance of the college's Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) / Student Information System (SIS). This role involves working closely with various departments to ensure the system meets business needs and operates efficiently.
QUALIFICATIONS REQUIREMENTS

- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to investigate and resolve technical issues.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- A self-motivated, curious, detail-oriented, and well-organized individual able to work productively both independently and in teams.
- Proficiency in SQL, C# or other programming languages.
- Demonstrated experience gathering and documenting business requirements and analyzing business processes.
