Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Kinesiology Instructor located in Raymond, MS. The Kinesiology Instructor will develop and deliver engaging instructional materials to students, conduct lectures, create lesson plans, and evaluate student performance. Other day-to-day tasks include advising students, participating in department meetings, and contributing to curriculum development. The instructor will also be expected to stay current with developments in the field of Kinesiology through continuous professional development and research activities.
Qualifications
- Instructional skills in Kinesiology, Exercise Science, and Health Education
- Experience in developing and implementing lesson plans, lectures, and instructional materials
- Evaluation and assessment skills to monitor student progress and provide feedback
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with students and colleagues
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Master's degree in Kinesiology, Exercise Science, or a related field
- Experience in an educational or academic setting is a plus
- Commitment to student excellence and student centered learning.
