Job Description :

QUALIFICATIONS REQUIREMENTS
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Knowledgeable and experienced in the subject matter.
Possess certifications for subject matter where applicable.
Positive and enthusiastic attitude.
Verbal and written communication skills necessary for delivery of the subject matter, as well as strong customer service skills.
Ability to work flexible schedule.
EDUCATION AND / OR EXPERIENCE
Subject matter experience, certifications where applicable. College degree is a plus.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES , include the following.
Other duties may be assigned.
Maintain knowledge of diversity-related issues, legislation, and best practices.
Deliver focused training to business and industry and public.
Input to the design and development of training materials and course content.
Create and maintain documentation and reports.
Clean and maintain training environment and equipment.
Present oneself with a professional image.
Work with other professionals as a team player and be committed to the overall success of the department and the college as a whole.
Report hours worked accurately and in a timely manner, according to the policy and procedures of the College.
Must be able to move and set-up media equipment, training rooms, and materials.
