The incumbent in this position is responsible for performing a variety of clerical duties of a routine and / or recurring nature, confidentiality is essential. The Administrative Clerk provides reception support for the administrative and program staff of the Agency, including errands, answering telephones, and greeting clients and visitors.
Qualifications
High School Diploma / GED required with at least three (3) years of administrative clerical experience. Effective oral and written communication skills. Knowledgeable of WordPerfect, Microsoft Word, Access, and Excel. Ability to type 45 words per minute.
