Characteristics of Work
The Primary responsibility of this position includes communicating with clients, scheduling appointments, and monitoring the IT Front Desk. This work will include communicating with client clients both in person and over the phone.
Qualifications
High school diploma / GED required with at least 2 years of previous clerical or administrative experience
AA Degree Preferred
Basic computer programs and processes
Excellent customer service skills
Advanced communication and organizational skills
Basic knowledge of health care terminology is highly desired
Works well in a face-paced fast-paced environment and maintains confidentiality and objectivity.
