Hinds County Human Resource Agency is hiring Preschool Directors for locations in Hinds County, MS.

This role will be responsible for the overall operation of the center, including personnel supervision, and program management.
Additional responsibilities can include :
- Planning and developing
- Communications with parents, staff, volunteers, authorities, committees and boards of other organizations
- Training / Orientation for new employees, volunteers, and parents
- Conduct parent and staff meetings
- Ability to understand budgets and expense reports
- Mentorship and professional development of staff
- Supervision, monitoring and evaluation of staff and their work performance
- Inspecting building and grounds
- Record keeping and reporting
- Participates in interviews for staff
- Other responsibilities like attending Policy Council meetings, collaborating with community partners, serving on assigned committees and other duties as assigned by supervisor
