What are the responsibilities and job description for the Senior Product Manager, Hardware position at Hinge-Health?
About the Role
Devices are a critical driver of Hinge Health’s activation, engagement, retention, and pain reduction metrics, as they are one of the primary interaction points with the user.
In this role, you will build and implement the vision for Hinge Health’s entire hardware and devices portfolio. This will include transformative technologies, such as with our Enso pain relief product line, which delivers non-addictive, non-invasive pain relief to our members with chronic pain and encourages empowerment and recovery.
You will work closely with a broad set of stakeholders across HW engineering, SW engineering, and HW Ops, as well as design, clinical, coaching, commercial, and other PMs in R&D to deliver impactful solutions at scale. Collectively, you will iterate on the program design and innovate on the features and functionality required to improve member pain relief, engagement, and retention.
What You'll Accomplish
- Take a major role in defining product vision, strategy, and objectives.
- Help develop and implement product-development practices, particularly related to rapid iteration. Mentor team members in adoption of these best practices.
- Ship products within a cross-functional team, working closely with design, engineering, sales / marketing, and the clinical team throughout the whole process.
- Work directly with executives and founders as the voice of your product team.
- Track usage analytics, and patient impact of launches.
- Ultimate responsibility for shipping products with meaningful business results, on time.
- The opportunity to mentor and / or manage a strong, growing team of PMs over time.

This position will have an annual salary, plus equity and benefits. Please note the annual salary range is a guideline, and individual total compensation will vary based on factors such as qualifications, skill level, competencies, and work location. The annual salary range for this position is $180,000 - $270,000.
