Employees in hybrid roles are required to be in the office 3 days / week.Basic Qualifications : Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Biomedical Engineering or a related field2 years of professional experience in failure analysis, reliability engineering, CAPA quality engineering, post-market surveillance, or related roles1 year of professional experience investigating issues, driving creative problem-solving, and effectively documenting findings, with a strong understanding of quality records requirements and documentationProfessional experience with failure analysis tools such as scanning electron microscopes (SEM), X-ray analysis, or other diagnostic equipmentProfessional experience conducting root cause investigations using quality management tools such as 5 Whys, Fishbone diagrams, Is / Is Not analysis, and fault tree analysisPreferred Qualifications : Experience in a cross-functional team environment managing multiple prioritiesProfessional background in medical devices or other regulated industriesExperience working in Quality Management Systems designed to 21CFR820, ISO 13485, or ISO 9001CompensationThis position will have an annual salary, plus equity and benefits. Please note the annual salary range is a guideline, and individual total compensation will vary based on factors such as qualifications, skill level, competencies, and work location.
