PRIMARY FUNCTION:
This is a key position in the day-to-day operations of the asphalt paving division. Manage construction projects, obtain information, and prepare job costs for project bids. The candidate will report directly to the Area Manager of Paving.
POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES:
The Project Manager/Estimator has the overall responsibility for coordination and planning of paving projects, preparing job cost for project bids, and tracking job cost along the building process. Responsible for crews having the materials, equipment, information, and manpower to complete the project on time and within budget.
