Responsibilities
- Supervise and train housekeeping staff to ensure cleanliness and quality standards are met
- Conduct regular inspections of guest rooms and common areas for cleanliness and upkeep
- Develop and manage housekeeping schedules to maximize efficiency
- Handle inventory management for cleaning supplies and equipment
- Assist in the development and implementation of housekeeping policies and procedures
- Address any guest concerns or requests promptly and professionally
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations in all housekeeping activities
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in hospitality management is a plus
- Proven experience in housekeeping or cleaning operations, with supervisory experience preferred
- Strong organizational and leadership skills
- Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to quality
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Proficiency in using cleaning equipment and products safely
