Hino Motors Manufacturing is an OEM that assembles trucks in West Virginia, automotive components in Arkansas, and operates a parts distribution center in California.
We are currently seeking a Mechanical Engineer for HMM located in Marion, AR. This position will be responsible for mechanical support for programs, mechanical projects for different areas of the plant including operations improvements and new and replacement programs.

Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the design and building of tools and equipment and recommend improvements to existing processes
- Assist maintenance in operation and maintenance of specialized equipment
- Troubleshoot unique maintenance and equipment issues
- Coordinate machinery upgrade projects
- At least 5 years of experience working as a Mechanical Engineer
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering
- Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt desirable
- A3 trained
- Outstanding interpersonal and ability to build and sustain positive professional relationships
- Strong collaboration skills with all levels of the organization
- Demonstrated leadership skills to guide project teams through planning, execution and insight phases
- Strong critical thinking and analytical skills
- Ability to work on multiple projects
- Evidence of strong character with integrity, accountability, honesty and trust
