Hino Motors Manufacturing is an OEM that assembles trucks in West Virginia, automotive components in Arkansas, and operates a parts distribution center in California.
We are currently seeking a Bilingual Project Management Specialist for Corporate office located in Novi, MI reporting directly to Project Management Assistant Manager. This individual will be responsible for keeping project on schedule as well as managing implementation of ECI (Engineering Change Instruction).
Key Responsibilities :
- Receive and analyze ECI
- Update ECI summary
- Attend weekly / monthly ECI meeting
- Create OP chart and action item list for new projects
- Plan and hold project meetings
- Collect current project status from related departments and evaluate
- Organize and manage model year changes
- Create parts list and distribute
- Drawing issue timing adjustment
- Attend all meetings representing PPC department
- Communicate with counterparts in Japan
- Keeping progress of projects on schedule
- Synchronization of events between other departments
- Other duties as assigned
