Job Description:
The Skilled Team Member will be responsible for maintaining and restoring all equipment for the entire facility. Conduct, maintain, test, and repair electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems and components. Report to Supervisor. Key responsibilities include providing support and guidance to skilled team members, promoting and enforcing safety throughout the department and plant, ensuring skilled team members are following standardized work procedures, adjusting to the changing needs of a fast-paced manufacturing environment, problem-solving, and continuously improving safety, quality, and productivity. Additional responsibilities include performing preventative maintenance on electrical and mechanical equipment, assembling, testing, and troubleshooting hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical equipment, fabricating machine parts, writing, programming, troubleshooting, modifying, and repairing programmable logic controllers, CNC machines, robotics, and other electronic equipment, and operating forklifts and cranes.
