Your Role
You will be responsible for conducting regular maintenance on electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems and components. Your expertise will ensure that all equipment is running smoothly, efficiently, and safely.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide support and guidance to skilled team members.
- Promote and enforce safety throughout the department and plant.
- Ensure skilled team members follow standardized work procedures.
- Adjust to changing needs in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
- Perform preventative maintenance on electrical and mechanical equipment.
- Assemble, test, and troubleshoot hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical equipment.
- Fabricate machine parts and repair jigs, fixtures, and other equipment.
- Write, program, and troubleshoot programmable logic controllers and CNC machines.
