Key Responsibilities include :
Event Planning :
- Event Coordination : plan, coordinate, and execute various events such as corporate meetings, conferences, product launches, trade shows, and various corporate functions
- Vendor Management : identify, negotiate with, and manage relationships with suppliers
- Logistics Management : oversee all logistical aspects of events, including venue selection, transportation, and on-site management
- Budget Management : develop and manage event budgets, ensuring cost-effectiveness while maintaining quality
- Event Promotion : create and implement promotional strategies to drive attendance and engagement
Marketing Support :
