Job Summary: To assist Chefs by preparing food and cooking dine in and to-go orders. This is a great transition to those who want to learn how to be a Hibachi Chef.

Qualifications: Must be able to lift up to 75 lbs. Ability to work as a team. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while multitasking. Ability to bend and stand for up to 7 hours. Abide by all safe food handling policies.

Essential Job Functions and Responsibilities: Preparing food for the shift. Cooking steamed rice and boiling noodles during the shift to keep up with customer orders. As well as precutting vegetables. Cooking and packaging To-Go orders in a timely manner. Preparing food needed for sushi, including but not limited to shrimp as well as deep frying sushi rolls. Cleaning their grill and mopping kitchen area. Changing the frying oil.

Other Job Duties: May be asked to help clean other parts of the grills such as vent hood.

Pay: $12.00 - $14.00 per hour
