Hinshaw & Culbertson LLP, a leading national law firm, seeks an Attorney with 3 years of experience to support our Business Litigation Practice Group in our Minneapolis office .

Position Requirements :
- Admission to the Minnesota bar in good standing is required .
- Experience in life, health, and disability insurance and ERISA litigation is preferred and will be strongly considered.
- Consumer financial services experience, including FDCPA, FCRA, TCPA, and mortgage servicing experience, is preferred and will be strongly considered.
- The candidate will also commit to exceptional client service and be interested and willing to participate in business development efforts.
- Excellent research, writing, and analytical skills are essential.
