Responsibilities:
- The Assistant Project Manager will assist with budgeting, scheduling, and design coordination
- They will manage documentation and communication with stakeholders
- The selected candidate will support entitlement and permitting processes
- They will track construction progress and coordinate with contractors
Qualifications:
- 2 years in real estate development or construction
- Bachelor's degree in construction, engineering, or related field
- Strong analytical and communication skills
Compensation:
- $115,000 base benefits.
- Position includes comprehensive benefits package with medical, 401k with match, and performance bonuses.
