Senior Superintendent

A nationally recognized multifamily development and construction firm is hiring an experienced Senior Superintendent to oversee the construction of a new, luxury apartment community in Houston, TX.

About the role:

You’ll be responsible for managing all on-site construction activity from start to finish. That includes overseeing subcontractors, maintaining quality and safety standards, driving the project schedule, and managing the interface between the residential structure and precast garage. You’ll lead a team of field personnel and collaborate closely with the project manager and key stakeholders.

What we’re looking for:

• 10 years in construction field management, including 7 years on multifamily projects
• Proven experience with wood frame and precast parking garage construction
• Strong understanding of building envelopes, waterproofing, codes, and ADA/FHA compliance
• Confident managing critical path schedules and subcontractor teams
• Proficiency in tools like Procore and PlanGrid
• Bonus: experience working in the Houston market
