Key Responsibilities
Market Research & Analysis
- Conduct market research to analyze industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging
- Collect and interpret data to generate insights on the current status, challenges, and strategies of DSOs.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) related to DSO engagement and business
Marketing Strategy & Execution
- Assist in the development of DSO-focused marketing strategies and business
- Plan and execute marketing initiatives across multiple channels, including digital marketing, email campaigns, and promotional materials.
- Support branding efforts to enhance visibility and engagement with key DSO
Conference & Exhibition Planning
- Plan and coordinate the company’s participation in industry conferences, trade shows, and exhibitions.
- Work with internal teams to prepare booth materials, presentations, and promotional
- Engage with potential partners and clients at events to strengthen relationships and generate business opportunities.
Sales Operations Support (West Region)
- Support the sales team with operations and engagement strategies for DSOs in the Western region.
- Assist in preparing sales materials, presentations, and reports for DSO
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure alignment between marketing and sales
Supporting the DSO Manager
- Assist the DSO Manager in implementing strategies to enhance DSO partnerships and sales performance.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and data analysis to support managerial decision-making.
- Help coordinate internal meetings, follow up on action items, and ensure smooth execution of strategic initiatives.
- Act as a liaison between the DSO Manager, sales team, and marketing team to ensure alignment in objectives.
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Healthcare Administration, or a related
- 2 years of experience in market research, marketing, sales operations, or a similar role (experience in the dental or healthcare industry preferred).
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and market
- Proficiency in digital marketing, CRM systems, and data analysis
- Excellent communication, organizational, and project management
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working with DSOs, dental manufacturers, or healthcare
- Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM
- Understanding of dental industry trends and competitive
- Experience in planning and executing trade show and conference participation
