Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with Dental Service Organizations (DSO) and government organizations, serving as their primary point of contact for all business-related matters.
- Analyzes market data and internal metrics to develop & implement strategic plan
- Develop and implement strategic account plans to achieve sales targets, foster account growth, and identify new business opportunities.
- Conduct regular business reviews with clients to assess their needs, address concerns, and provide solutions that meet their objectives
- Understand customers’ requirements & needs and collaborate with internal departments, such as sales and marketing to ensure the quality of product and services.
- Prepare and present reports on account performance, sales forecasts, and market insights to internal stakeholders.
- Manage contract negotiations, renewals, and pricing discussions in collaboration with the sales team.
- Participates on assigned committees and meetings to provide ongoing feedback using market data and industry trends
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing or a related field; MBA preferred
- 5 years of experience in account management in healthcare fields
- 2 years of working experience at Dental Service Organizations or DSO related
- Exceptional analytical and conceptual-thinking skills
- The ability to influence stakeholders and work closely with them to determine acceptable solutions
- Excellent technical and communication skills
- Experience using customer relationship management (CMS) software
- Experience creating detailed reports and giving presentations
- Competency using Microsoft Office Suite
- A track record of following through on commitments
- Excellent planning, organizational, and time management skills
