Primary Job Responsibilities:
Bachelor’s degree in legal studies, business law, or a related field. A JD/LLM degree is preferred.

- Settlement Negotiation: Negotiating settlements and resolving legal disputes related to contracts, compliance, or business operations. Monitoring Compliance: Reviewing and monitoring business activities for compliance and reporting findings.
- Project Leadership: Leading or coordinating special legal projects, such as regulatory compliance audits or new policy implementations, in collaboration with various departments.
- Immigration Issues: Addressing and advising on legal issues related to employee visas, work permits, and immigration law as necessary.
- Communication with Headquarters: Providing legal updates and advice to senior management at the South Korea headquarters.
- Organizational & Time Management: Ability to prioritize and manage multiple legal matters while meeting deadlines.
- Attention to Detail: Ensuring high accuracy in legal operations and document handling in compliance reporting
- Contract Management Expertise: Experience with contract negotiation, drafting, and ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations in the medical device industry.
- Compliance Knowledge: Familiarity with laws and regulations governing the medical device industry, including FDA regulations, healthcare laws, and international trade compliance.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office: Skilled in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Bilingual in English & Korean: Required proficiency in both written and spoken communication in English and Korean, with the ability to effectively translate legal documents and communicate with stakeholders in both languages.
