RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Manage and enforce building rules and regulations, fostering a compliant and secure
environment. - Oversee building maintenance including supervision of technicians, vendors, and
contractors. - Manage documentation related to vendor and contractor engagements, including
contracts and invoices. - Collaborate on financial tasks including budgeting, financial analysis, and ensuring
paperwork compliance. - Coordinate with the general affairs team for building renovation and repair projects.
- Achieve cost savings through effective negotiation with suppliers and vendors.
- Support management with the preparation of reports and project projections.
- Maintain up-to-date emergency procedures in collaboration with property management
staff and office tenants. - Administer the company’s insurance renewals and corporate asset management system.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Minimum knowledge of real estate, lease management and project management
- Strong background in facilities management with expertise in building systems, HVAC,
and maintenance practices. - Proven ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously with keen attention to detail.
- Experience in conducting property inspections and coordinating with external agencies
for compliance. - Skilled in tenant and lease management.
- Minimum knowledge of commercial insurance
- Experience leading maintenance or facilities teams.
- Strong analytical skills and solution-focused approach.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and adept at creating schedules and budgets.
- Fluency in English and Korean required.
