Overview
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Event Assistant to help at our Vail Events: very sporadically. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in supporting the execution of various events, ensuring a seamless experiencefor all. Bar shifts available for TIPS certified. We would reach out with dates and you would meet us on sight. Pay is daily. Job requires strong organizational skills, a passion for hospitality, and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Support management and team at events
- Provide exceptional guest services during events, addressing any inquiries or concerns promptly.
- Keeping things clean and organized
- Venue setup, catering and clean up.
- Cleanly, hard working and a team player
Skills
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Experience in hospitality is highly desirable.
- Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with team members, vendors, and guests.
- Knowledge of food safety.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving with attention to detail in all aspects of event management.
