Key Responsibilities : Marketing & Branding Develop visually compelling brochures, flyers, and advertisements that enhance our business development efforts. Ensure a consistent and modern brand identity across all marketing materials. Design and update graphics for our website, newsletters, and social media platforms. Proposal & Presentation Design Create and format proposals, qualifications, and RFP responses that stand out. Design engaging PowerPoint presentations and InDesign layouts for client meetings, conferences, and internal use. Digital & Social Media Content Design eye-catching graphics, infographics, and motion graphics for digital marketing campaigns. Collaborate with marketing to produce engaging content for LinkedIn, email campaigns, and other digital platforms. Edit and enhance project photography and renderings for promotional use. Project & Visual Support Assist technical teams by creating visually compelling reports, diagrams, and technical illustrations. Develop event signage, trade show displays, and branded merchandise. Job Requirements : Qualifications & Skills : Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, Marketing, or a related field 3 years of experience in graphic design, preferably within the AEC industry Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects preferred) Strong layout, typography, and color theory skills Experience with proposal layouts (InDesign) and PowerPoint presentations Familiarity with AEC terminology and the ability to work with technical drawings / renderings is a plus Ability to juggle multiple projects in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment Click Here To Apply
