What You'll Do:
As our dedicated Receptionist, you're the heartbeat of our office, ensuring everything runs smoothly and efficiently. Your role is pivotal in creating a supportive environment for both our team and clients. You will:
- Answer phones and respond to client texts with promptness and professionalism.
- Manage CEO mail, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Coordinate and set up team lunches and CE courses, fostering team spirit and continuous learning.
- Maintain the company break room, creating a welcoming and clean space for all.
- Handle sending and receiving paper mail, banking codes, faxing, and shredding.
- Organize the office supply closet and order supplies as needed, ensuring the team has what it needs to succeed.
- Utilize technology to facilitate daily huddles and team meetings, enhancing communication and collaboration.
- Innovate on current processes, always seeking opportunities to improve efficiency and accuracy.

- You successfully handle client communications, missing less than 15 calls per week.
- Feedback from clients is overwhelmingly positive.
