Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Tax Accountant to join our team. This role offers a unique accelerated partner track and an average of 42.6 hours per week during tax season, significantly less than the industry standard. You'll enjoy the same or higher pay as traditional firms, but with 720 hours less per year, giving you back more than four months of time annually.
Key Responsibilities
Client Management :
Proactively manage client relationships.
- Prepare and sign tax returns.
- Success Metric : 10-25 Returns Per Week Prepared, 8-20 Depending on Position Level
- Less than 10% needing amendments.
Peer Review and Mentorship :
Peer review tax returns and provide training / mentorship to junior accountants.
Qualifications
Required :
Minimum 3 years of tax accounting experience
Preferred :
Certification (such as CPA or EA) is a plus but not required
