Key Responsibilities :
As the Tax Trainer, you will :
- Weekly Tax Trainings : Conduct weekly tax training sessions for junior staff members, ensuring they stay updated on tax regulations, best practices, and company standards.
- Tax Return Reviews : Review tax returns prepared by both junior and senior staff, providing detailed and constructive feedback to improve accuracy and efficiency.
- Onboarding New Hires : Guide new hires through their onboarding process, including training on company processes, software, and tax protocols.
- Monthly Staff Check-Ins : Conduct monthly one-on-one check-ins with staff members to provide specific feedback on their progress and offer guidance for their professional development.
