**Quality Management Role**
Hire Aviation Staffing Solutions LLC is seeking a highly skilled Aviation Quality Manager to join our team. This is a full-time/direct hire position offering a competitive salary with a comprehensive benefits package.
The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and evaluating QA processes, work instructions, and procedures to support continuous improvement. Key tasks include reviewing and assisting in creating Engine Mini Packs, reviewing ADS, creating and updating Maintenance Forms as required, and cataloging and tracking all shop tooling.
As an Aviation Quality Manager, you will lead root cause and corrective action activities on all identified non-conformities, introduce systems to more efficiently control quality of workmanship and business operations, and be present as quality manager during customer site visits.
The ideal candidate will have managerial experience regarding MRO facilities, demonstrated sales success with an established customer base, and excellent communication skills. A good working knowledge of MS Office is required, and bi-lingual skills in Spanish are highly desired.
