Job Duties & Responsibilities:
Leadership & Strategy
- Develop and implement strategies to grow and optimize physician service lines
- Align practice operations with financial and organizational goals
- Engage physicians, advanced practice providers, and staff in high-performing teams
Financial & Operational Management
- Oversee budgets, financial forecasting, and business plans
- Implement operational efficiencies to enhance clinical and administrative workflows
- Manage physician hiring, compensation, and performance benchmarks
Program Development & Compliance
- Lead business expansion initiatives and service line development
- Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and best practices
- Standardize processes across multiple service lines for efficiency and scalability
Requirements:
- Master’s degree in health or business administration preferred
- In lieu of a master’s degree, a bachelor’s degree with 10 years of progressive practice management experience
- Minimum of 7 years of progressive physician practice management or healthcare leadership experience
- Strong financial acumen with experience in business planning, SWOT analysis, and financial modeling
Preferred Qualifications
- Certifications such as CPPS, CMPE
- Experience working in a matrix organization and leading by influence
Compensation & Benefits:
This position offers a competitive salary ranging from $117,000 to $168,000, along with a signing bonus and partial relocation assistance. Additional benefits include:
