Hire Connections is working with a growing, prestigious Real Estate client seeking an assistant to join their team! This individual will be reporting and assisting real estate agent with managing email correspondence and calendars, work in a fast-paced environment with the ability to execute tasks and problem solve situations quickly, assist with research, upkeeping files and data, conducting research, and assisting with writing up contract offers.
- This is a hybrid schedule; equipment will be provided!
- Must have a Real Estate licenseDuties / Responsibilities : Correspondence with client inquiries by phone and emailChecking and managing Real Estate Agent’s emailManaging and / or scheduling appointments for showings and meetingsConducting research on properties which may include pulling deeds / housing information, contacting other agents regarding the property, and putting together a small portfolio folder of property informationManaging and updating a database system with listings, housing information, etc.Assist Real Estate agent with the house listing(s)Assist with showing properties to potential clientsWork with Microsoft Excel to build a cost / market analysis for the agentSkills / Qualifications : Real Estate background preferredMust have a Real Estate LicenseMust be technologically savvyMust be proficient in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, Word (intermediate with Google Suite)Database management and record upkeepMust be able to work in a fast-paced environmentAbility to handle high-pressure situationsMust be able to pivot ever-changing prioritiesPay and Schedule : Pay : $60k / yr (earn bonuses with each closed transaction)Schedule : Monday – Saturday (optional day off Wednesday or Thursday)Occasionally work on Sunday (notice will be provided)
