Responsibilities:
- Handle the entire litigation process from inception to completion
- Conduct discovery and examine evidence
- Develop and implement effective case strategies
- Draft and review legal documents
Requirements:
- Three or more years of employment litigation experience
- Juris Doctor (J.D) degree and admission to the Illinois State Bar
- Strong knowledge of employment law and excellent communication skills
