Hire Dynamics has openings in Anderson, SC office for Lumpers / Distribution Operators on 1st shift. Shift Hours : 1st Shift : Monday –Friday 6 : 30am-3 : 00pm with occasional mandatory overtime coming in at 4 : 30am and / or weekends. Pay : 1st Shift – $17 / hr Scope : Ensure the smooth continuous flow of the distribution center by working stand-up lifts and doing physical labor as needed all while giving due diligence to safety, quality, and performance rate. Job Requirements : Must demonstrate proficiency in operating stand-up lift to move and place product as needed in the warehouse all while hitting specific rates and job metrics, and maintaining good attendance. Must possess physical dexterity sufficient to accomplish tasks such as lifting, lowering, and smooth operation of stand-up forklift. Must possess cooperative attitude toward coworkers and management. Capable of working in a standing position 100% of the time. Capable of lifting up to 50 lbs. with or without assistance. Available to work long hours and weekends, as needed. Maintain clean and orderly work area. Strive for continual improvement in departmental processes and functions. Other duties as assigned
