Hire Dynamics has openings in Anderson, SC office for Distribution Operators on 2nd shift. Shift Hours : 2nd Shift : Monday – Friday 3 : 30pm-12 : 00am with occasional mandatory overtime on weekends or staying late till 2 : 00am. Pay : 2nd Shift – $18 / hr Scope : Ensure the smooth continuous flow of the distribution center by manually loading product onto trailers. Stand-up forklift experience is preferred but not required. Basic duties will require loading and scanning of packages by hand while giving due diligence to safety, quality, and performance rate. This is not a forklift position! Job Requirements : Must demonstrate proficiency in loading trailers and scanning product and be able to hit specific rates and job metrics, while maintaining good attendance. Must possess physical dexterity sufficient to accomplish tasks such as lifting, lowering, and using manual pallet jacks. Must possess cooperative attitude toward coworkers and management. Capable of working in a standing position 100% of the time. Capable of lifting, grasping, and carrying up to 50 lbs. with or without assistance. Available to work long hours and weekends, as needed. Maintain clean and orderly work area. Strive for continual improvement in departmental processes and functions. Other duties as assigned
