What are the responsibilities and job description for the Forklift Operator/Packer position at Hire Dynamics?
Forklift Operator and Packers :
Schedules :
1st Shift- 7 : 00am-3 : 30pm
2nd Shift- 3 : 30pm-12am
Monday-Friday with some overtime as needed
Pay : $19 hr to start (possible for increase once converted)
Job Responsibilities :
- Order Selecting on a Cherry Picker throughout Shift
- RF Scanner
- Automatic Shrink Wrap Pallet Machine
- Safely and Accurately bring orders to Shipping Department
- Off-loading trucks utilizing forklift and pallet jack
- Verify that the quality, type, and amount of materials received are accurate
- Breaking down freight – Hand off-loading of product to consolidated put-away location
- Picking product orders – Hand loading product to pallets
- Packaging outbound shipments – Wraps, straps or over pack boxing of product
- Manifesting UPS shipments
- Creates bills of lading for truck carriers
- Maintain documentation of goods shipped
- Produce and attach identifying tags to product or shipments
- Fulfills all safety responsibilities
- Perform other related duties as assigned by Production Supervisor / Lead
