Sit Down Forklift Operator & Machine Operator

Prologistix is looking for a Sit Down Forklift Operator with Machine Operating Experience in Griffin, GA.

Shift is Mon-Fri 7am-4pm or Mon-Fri 8am-5pm, during peak will work Mon-Thu 6am-6pm & Fri 6am-completion

Pay is $19 / hr.

Duties include, but are not limited to :

• Operate Injection Molding Machines Responsible for visual inspection of production for defects based on Standard, Monitor product for any quality issues.
• Accurately Track production and rejections on production form Verify that equipment is operating properly.
• Notify Team Lead or Supervisor Adhere to all Safety Practices Ensure work area meets 5S guidelines Perform product stacking per engineering standards.
• Get the proper material for the required machines in a safe, productive and efficient manner.
• Maintain acceptable level of housekeeping by 5S standards in the assigned work area.
• Work areas must be kept free and clear of trash (paper, plastic, cups, bottles, and gloves) or any items which are not necessary to perform work assignments.
• Operate auxiliary, stacking, and automated equipment that may include conveyors, stackers, colorant etc.
• Visually inspect and ensure that the product is manufactured to Company specifications Perform any rework process that is required, which may include trimming, flaming, and cleaning.
• Keep fixture / mold / tooling rack areas clean and organized Perform basic troubleshooting and routine maintenance on Injection Molding Machine and auxiliary equipment.
• Physical support in changing molds on the Injection molding machines (IMM).
• Work with full servo DM robotics and auxiliaries.
• Capable and willing to operate any injection molding machine and maintain productivity and quality standards.
• Ability to operate machinery such as CNC is a plus.
