Shift/Pay:
- Weekend 3rd: Sat, Sun, Mon 6pm-6am | $19 hr
Shipping Receiving Coordinator Job Duties:
- Evaluate slot contents and generate all required documents, including the bill of lading for outbound deliveries.
- Complete and send the daily delivery schedule and projection to each carrier as directed.
- Fill out all required record including the seal log and other records.
- Follow work instructions received either in verbal or written form.
- Coordinate cube and weight requirements with the receiving teams to ensure weight, cube, and productivity goals can be achieved.
- Proficient operation of WMS (Warehouse Management System)
- Work independently with minimal direction
Shipping Receiving Coordinator Qualifications:
- Possess a complete understanding of all legal loading requirements to meet FDA and DOT requirements
- Read English words, simple sentences, and numbers on documents to properly process inbound receiving bill packages, read reports, and control old freight by reading the shipping labels
- Basic math, addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division of 3 number digits
- Experience with generating reports, creating labels, and data entry
- Must have a full understanding of Freight Bills/Delivery Receipts and terms to properly prepare a bill package based on the Operational Compliance Review criterion.
- Must be able to work error free in an environment that contractually holds the company financially responsible with no limited liability.
