Hire Elevation Resources is recruiting on behalf of our client for a talented Cybersecurity Manager to join a dynamic team. This leadership role will safeguard computer networks and systems, manage incident resolution, and oversee disaster recovery planning while driving advanced cybersecurity strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement advanced defense strategies for cybersecurity, identity management, access control, and threat management.
- Plan and execute security measures to monitor and protect sensitive data and systems from cyber-attacks.
- Manage incident resolution end-to-end and maintain disaster recovery plans.
- Create and maintain security policies, procedures, and incident process documentation.
- Provide architectural analysis of cybersecurity features and recommend strategies for emerging technologies.
- Monitor and mitigate security threats and vulnerabilities across all layers.
- Collaborate with internal and external teams to deliver secure, innovative solutions.
What We’re Looking For:
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field (Master’s preferred).
Experience:
- 5 years in an enterprise operations environment focused on cybersecurity.
Skills/Certifications:
- Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) preferred.
- Strong knowledge of application and network security threats and vulnerabilities.
- Expertise in tools like IDS/IPS, SIEMs, CASBs, and more.
- Analytical and problem-solving skills with excellent communication abilities.
