Job Title: Senior Integration Specailist (Contract - High Priority)
Location: Quincy, MA (Hybrid Schedule)
Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM (37.5 hours/week)
Start Date: Must be available to start within 3 weeks of offer

Our client is seeking a Senior Integration Lead to support the modernization of eligibility and benefits platforms. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on building scalable, integrated systems and is ready to lead efforts across architecture, security, and application design.
Responsibilities Include:
- Design and lead middleware solutions with MuleSoft and other integration tools
- Develop, implement, and manage APIs (REST and SOAP)
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance API capabilities, including security and policy management
- Provide mentorship to developers and perform code reviews
- Contribute to infrastructure and application architecture decisions
- Lead release management and deployment processes
- Ensure compliance with integration and architecture best practices
- Communicate regularly with stakeholders and technical teams
- Support change management and identify opportunities for platform optimization
Required Experience and Skills:
- 8 years in software development, with a strong focus on integrations
- Expertise in MuleSoft and associated connectors
- Experience with Salesforce integration
- Strong knowledge of AWS services, including API Gateway and WAF
- Proficiency with XML, JSON, Git, SOAPUI, and Postman
- Familiarity with TLS/SSL, OAuth, and JWT
- Ability to translate complex business requirements into technical solutions
- Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
- MuleSoft Certification is a plus
