Travel Registered Nurse (RN)
We are seeking a compassionate and highly skilled Travel Registered Nurse (RN) to provide specialized care to patients with complex, long-term health needs at our Long-Term Acute Care (LTAC) hospital.
Key Responsibilities :
- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized patient care in collaboration with an interdisciplinary team.
- Administer medications, treatments, and procedures following LTAC protocols and standards.
- Monitor and respond to changes in patients' conditions, implementing interventions as needed.
- Maintain clear, accurate, and timely patient records.
- Provide education to patients and their families on the management of ongoing health conditions, treatments, and discharge planning.
- Evaluate and ensure compliance with all healthcare regulations, policies, and protocols to maintain a safe and supportive environment for patients.
