PROCUREMENT LEAD

We are looking for a Procurement Lead for a Technology Solutions Consulting Company in NRH, TX

Key Responsibilities :

• Leadership - Lead, Manage, Accountability for day-to-day internal procurement, finance and service desk operations

Contributing to developing operational strategies with operational leads and Integrator

Procuring and managing Supplies in the office.

Establish and maintain relationships with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely and cost-effective procurement of necessary parts and materials. This is to include periodic review of vendors to determine if we are receiving the best value or should be looking at alternatives. Ensure we receive the best value and explore alternatives when necessary.

Engage in proactive communication regarding purchase orders, equipment needs, and lead times.

Engage in proactive communication regarding purchase orders, equipment needs, and lead times.

Assist Accounting in the creation of purchase orders by entering procurement requests in the associated ConnectWise project ticket phase

Implement strategies to reduce costs and maximize value through efficient procurement practices and negotiations.
