We are seeking a compassionate and highly skilled Travel Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team at a Long-Term Acute Care (LTAC) hospital. In this role, you will provide specialized care to patients with complex, long-term health needs. Schedule : 7 : 00am-7 : 30pm,7 : 30pm-7 : 00am
Duration : 8- Week Travel Contract with Per Diem
Unit : LTAC
What You'll Do :
As a Travel RN at our LTAC facility, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality nursing care to medically fragile patients who may be recovering from severe illness, trauma, surgery, or chronic medical conditions. This role requires flexibility, a keen understanding of acute care practices, and the ability to adapt quickly to new environments
Responsibilities :
- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized patient care in collaboration with an interdisciplinary team.
- Administer medications, treatments, and procedures following LTAC protocols and standards.
- Monitor and respond to changes in patients' conditions, implementing interventions as needed.
- Maintain clear, accurate, and timely patient records.
- Educate patients and their families on the management of ongoing health conditions, treatments, and discharge planning.
- Ensure compliance with all healthcare regulations, policies, and protocols to maintain a safe and supportive environment for patients.
