Responsibilities
Cleaning

• Remove dust and clean screen surfaces to prevent electrical damage
• Keep the pre-cleaning section clear to maintain efficiency
• Monitor rice bran collection and clean before clogging occurs

Checking

• Inspect belt tension and adjust as needed
• Ensure pressure doors function properly for smooth operation

Lubrication

• Lubricate bearings every three months to keep machines running smoothly

Monitoring & Best Practices

• Prevent overloading by monitoring capacity and making adjustments
• Handle machines gently and avoid turning them upside down
• Pre-clean paddy before husking to remove debris and improve rice quality
