Pay Rate : $17.00 per hour
Schedule : Friday–Tuesday, 7 : 30 AM–4 : 00 PM (40-hour workweek)
Days Off : Monday and Tuesday
Employment Type : Temp-to-Perm
Work Arrangement : Fully Onsite
Position Overview :
The Administrative Support Specialist plays a key role in business operations by performing a variety of processing and clerical tasks to ensure efficiency and accuracy. This position involves handling incoming mail, operating equipment, processing payments, and maintaining compliance with company standards.
Key Responsibilities :
Receive, sort, scan, and distribute incoming mail and materials.
Operate mail sorting, mail opening, and mail capture equipment.
Process payments, including payment capture and exception handling.
Perform reject handling to address errors or inconsistencies.
Operate a 10-key adding machine for calculations and data entry.
Conduct compliance and accuracy testing as required.
Perform clerical tasks and general administrative duties.
Stand, walk, and lift up to 10 lbs. as needed.
Complete additional duties as assigned by management.
Qualifications :
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Ability to operate mail processing equipment and a 10-key adding machine.
Comfortable with repetitive tasks and adhering to established procedures.
Must be dependable and able to work onsite full-time.
Work Environment :
This is a fully onsite position that requires physical activity, including standing and walking, and involves handling mail and processing payments.
