Key Responsibilities:
- Sales and Outreach
- Promote and sell job coaching, resume review, resume writing, and career portfolio services to individuals seeking career advancement.
- Market career-focused workshops and programs, such as interview preparation, networking strategies, and professional development.
- Actively seek and engage prospective clients through networking, community events, and digital outreach.
- Client Relations
- Build strong relationships with clients by understanding their career goals and providing tailored service recommendations.
- Ensure client satisfaction by maintaining open communication and providing exceptional customer service.
- Marketing and Representation
- Represent Hire Excellence Inc. at community events, job fairs, and other networking opportunities to raise awareness about our services.
- Collaborate with the organization’s marketing team to develop and implement sales strategies and promotional materials.
- Administrative Duties
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions, sales progress, and outcomes using provided tools and platforms.
- Submit sales reports and updates regularly to the management team.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in sales, business development, or client services, preferably in career development, education, or related fields.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport with diverse clients.
