Hire Excellence Inc. is seeking an Independent Contractor Employment Specialist to market and sell our suite of career-focused services and programs. This position offers the flexibility of working independently while contributing to a mission-driven non-profit organization that empowers job seekers to achieve their career goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Sales and Outreach
• Promote and sell job coaching, resume review, resume writing, and career portfolio services to individuals seeking career advancement.
• Market career-focused workshops and programs, such as interview preparation, networking strategies, and professional development.
• Actively seek and engage prospective clients through networking, community events, and digital outreach.
• Client Relations
• Build strong relationships with clients by understanding their career goals and providing tailored service recommendations.
• Ensure client satisfaction by maintaining open communication and providing exceptional customer service.
• Marketing and Representation
• Represent Hire Excellence Inc. at community events, job fairs, and other networking opportunities to raise awareness about our services.
• Collaborate with the organization’s marketing team to develop and implement sales strategies and promotional materials.
• Administrative Duties
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions, sales progress, and outcomes using provided tools and platforms.
• Submit sales reports and updates regularly to the management team.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in sales, business development, or client services, preferably in career development, education, or related fields.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport with diverse clients.
• Self-motivated and results-driven, with the ability to work independently and meet sales targets.
• Basic knowledge of resume writing, job coaching, and career development is a plus.
• Familiarity with CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
