Customer Service Coordinator Responsibilities:
• Process customer orders and track shipments
• Prepare and provide price quotes
• Assist customers with product information
• Communicate lead times from vendors
• Maintain an open order report
• Expedite international orders
• Process RMAs as requested
• Verify and maintain stock levels for large accounts
• Provide proof of delivery upon request
Customer Service Coordinator Requirements:
• 2 years of corporate customer service experience required
• Experience within manufacturing or distribution strongly preferred
• Knowledge of AS400 is a huge plus
• Bachelor’s degree is preferred
