Customer Service / Order Management Coordinator Responsibilities:
- Support high volume customer accounts and sales representatives within their territory
- Responsible for order management using MS Dynamics
- Quote lead times; verify and track shipments
- Move and transfer inventory between sites and companies
- Manage warehouse transfer agreements for approved accounts
- Research pricing and inventory issues
- Follow-up on RMAs and claims
Customer Service / Order Management Coordinator Requirements:
- 5 years of experience in a fast-paced, high volume corporate customer service department
- Distribution, manufacturing, or logistics industry experience a must
- ERP/MS Dynamics experience is helpful
- Self-starter with a take-charge, pro-active attitude
- Ability to multi-task and think outside the box
